C2Motorsports 02M 2 Wheel Drive Conversion Plate

This conversion plate makes the job of converting an 02M gearbox from 4wd to 2wd an easy and simple task that does not require the dismantling of a standard 02M 4wd gearbox and refitting it with a hard to find and expensive bell housing. This is done by removing the heavy transfer box and securing the conversion plate in its place. The conversion plate allows the use of OE seals (included with the plate).

The conversion plate is constructed from 4mm thick aluminium sheet that is TIG welded to a machined aluminium seal housing.

Note: In addition to the plate, you will also require an OE drive flange which can be obtained used or from Volkswagen.

The part number for the drive flange is 02M 409 356 A. We can supply the flange at additional cost.
