C2Motorsports 12v VR6 Sump Baffles

Under hard cornering and braking, one of the issues encountered is oil surge, which happens because the oil in the sump is easily able to slosh around, causing the oil pump to be starved of oil. This has the potential to be fatal to your turbo or other oil fed engine components.

To combat this, C2Motorsports have designed two baffle plates to weld in to the 12v's steel sump that help to prevent oil surge under these conditions.

The plates can be supplied on their own for self fitment (which will require welding expertise and suitable equipment), or we can supply a new OE sump with the plates ready welded in place. In addition, you can supply your own sump for these baffles to be welded in by C2.

This is ideal for vehicles used on track where heavy braking and cornering is commonplace.

Please note: If you are looking to send us your sump to have the plates welded in, it must be thoroughly cleaned before posting and not be damaged or bent out of shape.
