C2Motorsports 24v VR6 Conversion Stainless Exhaust Downpipe

When transplanting a 24v VR6 into a Mk2 or Mk3 Golf, the standard exhaust downpipe does not fit. To combat this issue C2Motorsports have designed and now produce a 100% stainless steel downpipe. This downpipe bolts on to the standard 24v exhaust manifolds and to the Mk3 Golf VR6 catalytic converter. This means that for fitment in a Mk3 Golf VR6 it can be used to connect to your existing OE exhaust system, and when used on a converted Mk2 Golf, it can be used with a Cat by-pass pipe (also available from C2Motorsports). The downpipe is constructed in-house from high grade stainless steel and is TIG welded to provide the best possible strength and quality. The downpipe can come with either two lambda probe locations (for use with standard or C2 management) or with the lambda locations left out, for use with aftermarket management.

When fitting aftermarket management, you will need to have a lambda location in your Cat by-pass pipe instead.
