Tuned Software

In addition to the services listed below, we also provide many products for tuning and improving your car's performance, for example, C2 Plug and Play Software for Forced Induction or Normally Aspirated engines.

Scanning and Fault Code Clearing

When an ECU detects a fault with any of the car's sensors, it logs a fault code and illuminates the appropriate warning light on the dashboard. This warning light signifies that the car may not be operating at full efficiency, performance or safety levels.

C2 offers a service to scan the codes logged by the ECU and, when the cause of any faults has been rectified, clear them if necessary.

Immobiliser Defeat Services

This service is designed primarily for those who are performing an engine transplant; however there are other reasons why you'd want to remove the immobiliser from the ECU, including:

• Replacement ECU - If your ECU has become damaged and you wish to replace it with a second used ECU
• Car Development - If you wish to have two ECUs and switch between standard and, for example, a C2 modified ECU without risking delicate electronics.

C2 can remove the immobilisers on the following systems:

Diesel	EDC15	All VAG TDi PD 115PS, 130PS and 150PS models
Diesel	EDC16	All VAG TDi PD 16v 140PS and 170PS models

Please note that C2 does not require you to purchase any of our tuned software products to enable us to remove the immobiliser. This service is offered as a completely stand alone option.

The immobiliser defeat service will require you to send C2 Motorsports your ECU. The cost of the return postage is included.
